Privacy notice
This notice describes how information submitted through the PHOENIX PETS contact form is handled.
Who handles enquiries
Enquiries are handled by PHOENIX International Investment SRL, presented on this site as PHOENIX, including PHOENIX PETS, PHOENIX SMART and Natural Living. Contact info@phoenixitaly.com about the handling of your information.
Information collected
The form collects your name, company, email, country or region, topic and enquiry. Your phone number is optional. We also record the source website, language and acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.
How information is used
We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry and carry out the pre-contractual steps you request. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages.
Services and access
Alibaba Cloud hosts this website. Enquiries are saved in our server database; email notifications are enabled through our business email service. Information is available to assigned personnel and technical providers as needed to manage your enquiry. Our listed international contacts may handle requests where necessary to respond. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google standard technical request information, including your IP address.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to handle your enquiry and meet applicable obligations. Email info@phoenixitaly.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask questions about use of your information.
Browsing and form protection
The website uses technical functionality and cookies needed for operation, security and form submission. The form verification cookie lasts up to two hours. The server recognises repeat submissions and saves the enquiry once. Identifiers derived from IP addresses and emails are used temporarily to limit abuse, alongside server-side protections. No advertising or commercial profiling tools have been added.
